We will limit our use to the proper operation of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week TOKYO 2012-13 A/W (hereby "the Event") under adequate management. We will not use your personal information otherwise. (1) To confirm and contact you on information necessary for your reports (2) To send you the necessary information on the Event such as the guidebooks and passes for your reports. (1) When you consent to disclosure to Partner Companies of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week TOKYO 2012-13 A/W (Selected from participating designer companies, organizers of special events, sponsor companies, supporting institutions). If you do not wish your personal information to be sent to the Partner Companies, do not tick "I agree", nor wish contact from the Partner Companies, tick Regarding Information Provision. When we inform you of fashion related events organized by JFWO Members (33 corporate members, 9 individual members, 15 institutional members as of November 1, 2011) (2) If you do not wish your personal information to be sent to JFWO Members nor wish contact from the JFWO Members, tick Regarding Information Provision. (3) When it is disclosed as data, not specifying as an individual. (4) When we provide personal information to third parties within necessary scopes to achieve usage objective (5) when disclosure is required or authorized by law ■ Sharing information with third parties When necessary, we will provide personal information to third party outsourcers.
