If you will take charge a interviewer and a photographer, you have to register as both, Press and Photographer.
for Buyer
We have revised the registration system so that buyers only need register once and registered information will be kept until any changes or deletions are requested. Your information from the 12th JFW and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week TOKYO 2012 S/S in Tokyo has already been registered but if you have any requests in changes or deletions of your information towards the 12th JFW in Tokyo and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week TOKYO 2012 S/S, please submit to buyer@jfw.jp by 6:00pm, Friday, February 17th, 2012.
Information e-mail regarding the system change has been sent out to buyers that have registered to the 12th JFW and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week TOKYO 2012 S/S.
If you have registered to the 12th JFW and the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week TOKYO 2012 S/S but have not received the e-mail, please register again at this website.
for Photographer
●This registration does not guarantee that a photographer's pass will be issued. We shall confirm the validity of the publication you represent based on the information you have provided.
●Photographer's passes shall be issued so that they arrive between the beginning of March and approximately one week prior to the event. We may ask during this time that a photograph to be used on the pass be submitted. We shall contact you individually in regard to this matter.
●The JFW Office shall send you a photographer's pass in advance, but permission to take photographs is given by each brands. Therefore, entry may be forbidden by the brands even though you have a pass.
●Please directly contact the press officer of any brands that you wish to interview or engage in backstage coverage. The same goes for each event space. Therefore, please confirm the contact information for each event space with each brands in advance.
●Photographer's passes will not be reissued once the event has started, so please be careful not to lose them.
●Permission to record at each brands does not cover recording of the Tokyo Midtown grounds( Excluding the Collection venue ). If you wish to record on the Tokyo Midtown grounds, please contact the Tokyo Midtown offices [at +81-3-3475-3100].
●This rule applies to all venues. Please contact the applicable brands beforehand and for more information.
